ok...here is an Email I received from a "scammer" and my reply. Figured we could have some fun on the board here, and not take it to 427 for the time being since they may be wise to that. Just need some advice and possibly setting up a website. We could take it to PM, email, or continue it on the board here just for $hits and giggles and for the guy's amusement. What do you think???

Greetings in the name of God,
Here writes Laura Kingston, suffering from cancerous
ailment of the brain. I was
married to Dr. Perry J. Kingston an English man who is now
dead. My husband was into
private practice all his life before his death. Our life
together as man and
wife lasted for three decades without child. My husband
died after a protracted
illness. My husband and I made a vow to uplift the
down-trodden and the
less-privileged individuals as he had passion for persons
who can not help
themselves due to physical disability or financial
predicament. I can adduce
this to the fact that he needed a Child from this
relationship, which never came.
When my late husband was alive he deposited the sum of
£12,000,000.00 (Twelve
Million Pounds sterling) which were derived from his vast
estates and investment
in capital market with his bank here in UK. Presently,
this money is still with
the Bank. Recently, my Doctor told me that I have limited
days to live due to
the cancerous problems I am suffering from. With this hard
reality on my family,
and me I have decided to donate this fund to you, to use
this fund in the upkeep
of widows, widowers, orphans, destitute, the down-trodden,
physically challenged
children and others.
As soon as I receive your reply I shall give you the
contact of the bank in UK.
Please assure me that you will act just as I have stated
herein. Reply to my

MY ANSWER
I am so sorry to hear about your problems. I do commend you, however, on your decision to use this money to support the downtrodden and unfortunate folks we have in our world. I, too, have been beset with several ailments in my advanced age, and know what you are going through. I was in hopes of leaving a monetary legacy for my children, but my current medical bills have been mounting as well. Unfortunately, with our current financial crisis here in the United States, which I'm sure you are aware of, I am left with only a few thousand shares of Lehman Brothers stock, stock in Wachovia, and a few thousand shares of stock in GE and Appalachian Electric Power. It was also my hope to be able to both leave my children in a very comfortable position, since they have been so supportive of me in my ill health, but also to leave much of my savings to charitable institutions both here in the United States and abroad. Your letter has come at a very opportune time, I must say. Perhaps, after this financial crisis is over here, I can use what few thousand shares of stock I have left, which, when all is said and done, may only be worth 10-15 million dollars, to my children, and satisfy my original desire to help the less fortunate with the money you are willing to so graciously provide. I can only assume you got my name from Sen. Obama's campaign contributors from overseas, but I may not be accurate in my assumption on that. Please correct me if I am wrong, or let me know of how you heard of me, as I have many friends throughout the world, some of whom I have lost contact with in this new "electronic age". Phone numbers have changed and there are now "email addresses", which didn't exist when I originally befriended these individuals. I'd love to be able to make contact with many of them again, and if you could help me do so with even ONE of my old friends, I'd be very greatful. I look forward to hearing from you again, and also what you may have in mind as to how I may help you distribute some of your husband's funds to these most noble and worthy causes. Until then, I remain...Harold
Any ideas as to how to proceed??? Help is needed...this should be fun!!!
