Honey - Ginger Chicken. My house
It's one of my favorite dishes that my wife makes. boneless skinless chicken breast rubbed with ginger paste then dipped in a mix of flour, black pepper and corn meal.
fried golden brown on each side, then lower the heat to a simmer, pour in a 1/4 cup wine vinegar and 1/4 cup honey. simmer 10 minutes
serve over rice with steamed broccoli and carmelized onions. drizzle with the pan liquids. MMMMMMMMMM
There may be more to the recipe that she hasn't let me see.
