I dunno, it apparently IS possible to land a plane with 1 wing. Happened in Israel with an F16 which lost it's wing in a collision during training. Not supposed to be possible, but it is. This incident is probably fake though, the consensus seems to be it's an R/C plane that loses the wing.

It's been all over the internet for months . Totally fake . Some very creative advertising for the company who's name is on the plane .

Yeah and if it is true that guy has one heck of a rudder on that thing. The knive edge that he did as he was landing with the existing wing on top and nothing on the bottom would have been good anywhere. He also used one aileron to right the plane so he could land. :--|:--|:rolleyes::rolleyes:

I have had wings snap when I was flying model airplanes and believe me it was one big death spiral to the ground.

Note the footage of the plane in flight is actually a recreation for the History Channel. The incident is real.
