Surf rods AFAW 6nbait

Does anyone use the AFAW 6nbait rods and how do they peform? any help would be Great New Member

Stan, I have the 12 foot conventional one and I really do like it. It will throw a medium heavy bait with 8 oz really well, but can throw less also. I think the 6nB name indicates it is a light weight, but it is not either in its throwing ability or its actual weight. A good rod for the money.

I throw 4-5 oz weights more often than 6-8 oz thanks

A friend of mine has the 12" conv, and it is a very nice rod I have thrown it several ytimes and was very impressed withit.

I have a 13' conventional. Throws a lotta weight a long way.

I have a 13 foot conventional. Very nice rod,but I wish they used better eyes. Had mine replaced due to accident. No reels seat, but comes with coasters. Plan to put reel seat on my rod. I certainly will handle 8-n-bait with no problem. Somewhat of a fast-tip, when loading the rod. Tommy Farmer (Carolina Casting pro) can help you with questions. Good rod for the money.
