If they'd quit killing all of them, they wouldn't have to pay so much. They've overfished bluefin, both in Japan, and on the East Coast to the point that the stocks are way down and they're struggling to get anywhere near what they used to.

Gonna take regs like the ones on Red Drum to make it work,,,problem is that Drums stay local to the coast and Blue Fins migrate world wide,,,, gonna have to take a global ban or global regs like they have on Whales
