sounds about right. There were folks to 20 Y/O there & even if you split it up evenly between all the kids it's still only 14.5 beers each. Just about perfect, figure most kids can knock out 10-12 & then the few heavy hitters will have enough to keep them going a little later.

The funniest thing about it to me is the crazy responses people have to the article. People are acting like the woman is an axe murderer or something.

Boones Farm..................man did I just go back in time. But as we all, know wine is fine but liquor is quicker..........

Still sounds like a light weight crowd. Back in the day if we were lucky enough we got our hands on Yukon Jack, JD, Southern, and I even remember a big ole bottle of George Dickel bein passed around. Yep, those were the days.

Sweet mother Ooeric... Did you just say beer is for, ahem, "newbies"? Beer is one of the best things going my friend. One day you might "graduate" to the good stuff!! :p:beer:

Haha I haven't had a beer in 2 months (running a 1/2 marathon in March) and you better believe I'm going to start as soon as I get to the finish line. Hell, the dang thing is called the "Yuengling Shamrock"!!!!

Grey Goose is good too

Let's bring it up modern stylee a notch-sparks. Sparks is the beer to drink when you've got a lot of walking and limited carrying capacity. Colt 45-definately THE James river catfish fishin' beer. Steel reserve-the falling down drinking man's beer

Gotta throw in Camo as well. Used to buy that for 69 cents a 40 at the package store on base. It could degrease an engine block, but it was cheap and it did the job. Nasty stuff though.

Mike, didn't they tell you in the training manual for marathons and half-marathons, beer is ok and on the menu........in limited quantities and not the day before your long runs... ;)

should we start enticing you even before you get to the finish line? well all stand on the sides near the finish,
popping all the shamrock caps. drinking, pooring it into clear mugs, so cold you see the frost building on the mug.

Man, yall havent even broken out some of the old stand bys,,, remember Malt Duck and the all time favorite EVERCLEAR turned into Purple Passion by the bathtub full :--|

I still remember a few mornings after, wakeing up to take a shower and drinking a beer while taking that shower, of course back then it was 8oz Miller poney bottles.

Thank goodness I now sip Elijah Craig Bourbon, aged 12 years

Hahaha I was at a party bout two weeks ago where a guy put $150 that he could take me shot for shot with straight Everclear. He made it through five, I won the $150.

But if that ain't the nastiest thing this side of a New Jersey Turnpike (for those of you who know what that is, and have tasted one, :--|:--|) then I don't know what is.

Sound's like my Hat adventure a few years back. You touted your ability to slam the grain, sat there and laughed, got up and spun out!

You got in the tent and 9:30pm, left that zipper hatch open and the mosquitoes chewed your ass and died from alcohol poisoning.

Then you got up in the middle of the night and :--|

Then the dude that was sleeping in your tent pisseed himself and blamed in on you! Ha!, Frisco Woods rules!!!
