Saw on news tonight that California was so far in debt that they were not going to be able to send out state refund checks, but would possibly be handing out IOUs. They also said that other states are considering the same.
If any of you have ever owed the IRS, you know this wouldn't have worked no matter what financial capacity you were in. Maybe we can attach some of the governments assets. Wouldn't mind having an M1 A1 Abrams Tank for a surf fishing vehicle.
