I am giving up on the "Sea Kitten" campaign. I've had a sig banner for weeks now and nobody seems to be changing their wicked ways :mad::mad:. So I am giving up the banner and resorting to a sig-silent protest.
Bah.
:rolleyes::D:p

Evan, I hope you hear this week!!!!! I've got everything crossed for you!!!!
Not trying to hijack, but . . .
As for the sea kittens, I saw another recent PETA story where they showed up at a dog show dressed as Ku Klux Klansmen, trying to connect people breeding dogs with Hitler's efforts at breeding a perfect race. What a bunch of idiots and losers PETA is. They were the ones who dressed up in white robes. Also, do they not understand that trying to make an analogy between Hitler and people who breed dogs minimizes the plight of people who suffered at his hands? Such a lack of respect and regard for humanity in general appalls me.
I'll tell you what I'm tempted to do is take a glue trap and fiddle around with it in the shop and take a picture. Send it to PETA. Tell them it's a hummingbird trap that I hang outside during the summer (could even put a little vial of that red liquid on there) so I can catch hummingbirds for stew. Title the picture rubythroat-trap.jpg or something like that. LOL
Of course, I'd never do that. We keep hummingbird feeders and bluebird houses outside, and I love them, but I'm just wondering if PETA would mount a campaign if I sent them a pic like that. Of course, I could just post it on newsgroups with a SSL connection in case they try to come after me. :p;););)
