911 Call over a BK combo

Hey All,

I just found this story. It's a couple of days old, so many of you might have heard this already. Anyway, this guy called 911 over a disagreement on an order at a Burger King - a lemonade of all things. I find it hard to believe that someone would call 911 over something like this, but I guess some people are just "eat up with it" (in my daddy's words). :) Here's the story, an audio file of the call, and the affadavit (dated Saturday, Feb. 7) for misusing the 911 system.

Again, some of you might be familiar with the story, but this is the first time I'd heard about it.

You would be surprised what they call for. I get it all the time. From "do wood peckers kill trees?" to "what's the number to the police?", to "when the fireworks start?" to "my neighbor changed my color to black and white?" and sometimes, just sometimes we get actual 9-1-1 calls.

The best one of all time........."I'm sorry, I meant to dial 4-1-1." How in the hell can ya mess that up? But they do.

Didn't some dude call 911 from a Subway for the same thing a while back? That guy ended up going to jail IIRC. Stupid people. :rolleyes:
