Monday wife undergoes a complete hip replacement. Dr says that she will be released Thursday and she should be climbing stairs by then. Wow.

I just got done with the downstairs bathroom and everything is ready. She is very positive and I am confident that everything will go through okay.

Ditto what shooter said, We're thinking of ya. I also had a friend that had a replacement 4-5 years ago, and said it was the best thing he ever did.

Good Luck

Yeah...how did it go? Let us know, other than the fact she is probably in a little bit of pain right now. Is she walking yet, or, if not, when does she start?

Sorry been a little busy.
Surgury went great. She was operated on mon 16th at 1230. The next day she called me from the hospital and was sitting in a chair calling people.
She has never been in any real pain and the only thing that she takes is Tylanol????
She came home Thursday and is doing great. No fever and the scar is already tuning pink.
The hardest thing is keeping her down and keeping her from twisting that hip.
Thanks for the support and she is doing so well that i am thinking of going to bed nd letting her take care of me.\
