they've been talkin' termination for about 20 to 40 percent of us hourly employees. got a call last week about transfering to the new line of aircraft were building...this is what is being built and should have the first one completed before the new year...take the tour. can ya put a price on one of these? http://www.gulfstream.com/gulfstreamg650/

This is a new aircraft being built in a new hanger...The wings arent even delivered yet.
This past month I had been working an average of 24hrs before I got here....Now I will be on overtime till the new year...Supposedly layoffs will begin this week for some. I think I got lucky along with a few others. I'm not sure if we will go all the way with the layoff..Actually its a termination. They have come up with a severence package for us if we get hit and if they rehire we have to re-apply. Some areas of production will get an additional 2weeks off in july. They will be off for the entire month and if it last they will get december also.
