Did you all read the article about DNR crying about the number dollars lost due to the lack of salt water licenses bought, and the charter boats not going out, and the reasons for this.
Simply put, my opinion, is a lack of disposable money to charter trips. What are the Captains doing with their fees to lure us and the corporations to have us charter trips. Everything else has gone down, except gas, food prescriptions, why cant they realize, things are tough for us consumers.
