Check out what this angry customer did. The guy flew on United, they broke his guitar a year ago, gave him the runaround so he made a music video and posted on you tube on Monday. United is already in talks with him to replace it.

I bet they are!!! The video has 150,000 hits, and 5700 positive ratings for a video "trashing" United!!lol Shoot, they'd probably buy him a $60,000 guitar just to get him to take the video down.;):D He was smart! That sure is a good way to get results if all else fails.
