Hi bunker

I like to use whats called pb blaster when I run into things like that.I let it soak for a couple of days, then do it again. Then i take a small pair of pliers and try to twist it very slowly.I also take a pick and try and run around the inner edge of the race where it meets the shaft to let the penatrating oil go deeper.Eventually it should come off.Once it does,If its not pitted to terribly, you can use some fine emory cloth to clean up the shaft.Hope this helps

if the bearing is friend. just use pliers, hold tight and twist it off.
like breaking nuts or bolts. go back and forth until it frees itself off the shaft.
then replace bearing.
