When standing alone on the beach at night have you ever wondered if the guy fishing 50 yards away is playing with a full tackle box. We all have a responsibility to make angling a safe sport for all to enjoy, free from psychopaths, serial killers and the criminally insane. This test is designed to spot those who pose a danger before they can hurt anyone.:p :p :p :p
