I'm not much of a hunter any more, but I do know that a 100+lb sika is something special, if not unheard of.
The original article in the paper showed a picture of the deer. I don't think the web version did. Was a strange looking thing. Real thick neck and thick body. "Chunky" as Burton said it. A hairy boar, with antlers... .
