house hunting next weekend in obx

i will be house hunting next weekend ,there are a couple of houses in kill devil hills that i might can afford. does anyone know of any deals i might look at while i am there? also i will be looking for a job , i am a refrigeration mechanic,but i will take almost anything. how is the job market there,need to make enough to buy bait and beer.

I am sure if you look around at the realitors office you can find something. I would start to look in the Classified Section in the OBX Sentinal, I think usually the best time to look for jobs in a few months before the summer begins.
