Hey there gang!! Well, I finally made it out to do some bluewater fishing and what a beautiful day.... Started out heading to an area north of the Point where there was a pretty satellite shot of a temperature break... Wind was out of the east most of the day and the water was cooler where we began fishing, around 66*.... Lots of life out there as we ran into some warmer water of up to 80* along a weedline.... We saw Pilot whales, Manta Ray's, Hammerhead's, and lots of porpoise....Fished hard and caught 3 YFT's, a Mahi, lost 2 Wahoo, one right at the boat, missed another Mahi, and had a couple of other mystery bites... 2 Tuna on the pink spreader bar, and one on a seawitch... Wahoo nibbles on the bird chain, and a black/purple witch....Things were a little slow for us, but it was a gorgeous day out there in the deep... There was mention of a couple of billfish caught including 2 Sailfish.... Enjoyed watching a boat land one of them...Cool stuff. Big thanks to Rob for the trip and letting me get some time in behind the wheel; great boat man!! Anyway, hoping to try in our Virginia waters on Wednesday for some Yellowfin and Bluefin from the 'Widespread Panic'.... Thanks for looking in and Fish On

Laughing so hard, the devil gets scared....
