fished from 8am to almost 1pm and didn't catch any fish. did miss a nice spanish hit on a mullet but didn't even get another bite that i could tell. caught about 3 dozen crabs so the day was not wasted their begining boil right now. i did see 3 keeper trout and 1 15" whiting. a few small reds were cauhgt , small pompano, small whiting and three 3' black tips provided alot of excitment with a couple of line peeling misses also. when we arrived we were catching 2 and 3 crabs a pull about half were sponge and there 2 other people keeping crabs with equal amounts of success. with the fishing slow at least the delicious little crabs are there. :)
