I have had numerous inquiries for the "Official Sportcast USA Rules for 2003". It seems that they have not been posted on the Sportcast USA web site as yet and a lot of people are unclear about the rules in general and the rules as they apply to "teams".

Can you please post the "Official Sportcast USA Rules for 2003" on the Sportcast web site.

New rules for 2003 will be finalized and posted on the Sportcast board no later than Friday Feb.7.I hope the changes we make will benifit everyone.Every member of Sportcast is important and any questions sent to me will be answered.Some questions were asked that I could not answer because a final decision had not been made.Everyone should feel free to speak to me about any Sportcast business,Casting rules or anything else I can help them with.Everyone will be treated with equal respect and all inquires will receive a prompt and serious response.
