This reminds me of a couple years ago. It actually improved things at Stranglers for about 2 or 3 weeks, probably until the next time the guy went on vacation. I shop there for convenience, and not for any other reason.

I personally have never had any serious problems there. Prices are a little high but that's business, I've seen higher. If I was on the way to SPSP, I would stop there.

A happy customer doesn't have any reason to tell you he's happy.
But (1) unhappy customer will tell everyone He meets, what a bad experience He had in Your store.
That's just how it works.
And there's some guys that You just can't please.
