Hi everyone. I am heading to Assateague later this afternoon for a little shark fishing (went last week and am hooked...oun intended). Does anyone know how late the general store/bait store on 611 is open (or know the name so I can call?) I figure getting there by 9 or 10 and hope this will not be too late. If it is too late, what recommendations on the way are there for bait?
Thanks!

Is it me or do Bucks prices seem to be through the roof? The service was great and they had plenty of gear, but a pack of barrel swivels for $4 seems a bit outrageous.
Skim, I was out at Assateague last weekend too. The croaker have been lights out in the evening. Good luck to you, let me know how it was.

Got there aroumd 10 pmand got a nice kingfish right away. Cut it up for shark bait and waited. Fishing was pretty slow all night. Didn't get the croaker blitz unfortunately. Just some big rays, a few kingfish and one line snap from something big. Nice enough night though.
