Blowing big time. 4-5 ft waves, consistant 20kt winds. Rain. The horizontal kind. It was great!
Fish? A few. Not hot, Challenging conditions. Few birds actually working for a change. It was heaven.
My prediction is that fishing this weekend will be fab but I won't be there... the turons will be invading.

ive braved those conditions a few times trekker your right its great. its really what the ocean is all about. nothin like heavin 12oz. of lead 100 feet off the end of the pier just to keep your bait still but those are the people that catch fish maybe not during those conditions but may the gods look down upon you on a nice calm day and reward you for your endless "trekk" braving the elements at their rawest for that one opportunity at the catch of a lifetime!!! :D "SEE YOU IN THE STORM IF IT COMES THIS WAY"!!!!
