Not sure where the palace is but....
Kitchen sink should about do it that time of year :)
Fish finder rig, menhanden. Mirror lures, sting silvers, spoons, gotchas, plugs. Bring a big rod or two so you can soak some bunker with 4-8oz (I am sure you wont need 8 prob 4 but maybe 6) might be some blues maybe a red. Have a light rod for the whiting in the surf zone.
Cast net, fish finder rig, live bait = good times :D

Big Worm,
The Palace is at 1605 South Ocean Blvd.
I don't know what you mean about a fish finding rig or menhanden. I was going to try a Bass Rod with a Bobber putting the bait about a foot under it. Do you think that will work? Hope you do good next week Let me know.

Read up here on some past posts on how to catch fish from the surf. I would bring my bass pole, buy some live shrimp and fish from a pier. You'll catch fish (and some nice ones at that!).
If the waves are smallish, you could cast from the beach just beyond where the waves are breaking with a bobber and a live shrimp about 1-2 ft below it. Pomps, redfish, trout will keep you busy all day. Wear some sunscreen.
