When does Striped Bass season begin 2006?

I looked through the DNR, and my maryland regulation guide, but i'm confused.
When are we allowed to start catching 18" rocks in the spring? I read something about 28" rock regulation from march-June, and 18" september-december?... very confusing. I'm planning to begin my 2006 fishing trip at SPSP.

Question: If you purchase that $75 dollar state season pass, does that include SPSP? and when the automatic parking machine is in effect how do you get in with the season pass?

This is for the bay proper. Other rules in effect in the rivers or up at the Susky Dam and flats.

Jan 1st - April 15th
Catch and release only

April 16th - May 15th Trophy season.
1 per day, 28" minimum

May 16th - Dec 15th
2 @ 18"- 28" or
1 @ 18" - 28" and 1 larger than 28"

State park pass. Yes it works at SPSP. Will get you in free as long as there's an attendant. If not you have to pay... UNLESS ahead of time you take your pass to the ranger station and request a magnetic swipe card. It'll get you in the swipe gate whenever the park is open. Usefull to bypass the lines of boats at the gate too. ;)
