I doubt anyone is still seriously fishing there this late in the year, but here goes just in case.

Construction project to close Jonas Green.
Anne Arundel County Trails of the Department of Recreation and Parks will temporarily close Jonas Green Park, located on the Broadneck Peninsula near the Naval Academy Bridge, during construction and renovation.
For safety reasons, no public access or parking will be allowed beginning Nov. 21. The construction area will include all of Jonas Green Park, including the fishing pier.
