Big Rad ,fishbait, And I Was Fishing On The East Side Of The Narrows The Tide Was Leaving Out And The Dink Fight Was On, Fishbait Caught 1 Nice 19 Inch Keeper. Big Rad And I Cheered This Man On To Catch More But He Ran Out Of Line. This Writer Is Very Pleased To Say That The Narrows Is Alive And Kicking With Big Stripers Just Don't Let The Cold Keep You Away. C-d-l

CDL and Big Rad, Thanks for teaching me the ways of your spot... I really appreciate it and wish there were more people like you two...

I had a great time and do look forward to wettin' line with you guys again, soon.

If anyone out there see either of these two guys with poles in there hand, PAY ATTENTION!!! You will learn something!!!

As for the line.... yeah, I'll get a bigger reel, two snags and I was done...

Let me know when we meet next.

Glad to hear they're still around. What happened to Fishbait's line? Planning on hooking up with Axon down at AI over the Turkey Day weekend, You interested? A few chilly ones, some dirty water, and a few stogies. :D Hoping the stripers are there in numbers...

Of Town Turkey Day,i Will Be In Nj Fishing In Keyport New Jersey With My In-laws. I Will Be Back On Sunday The 27 If Any Wants To Meet At The Narrows Then Please Give Me A Call. Fishb8 Don't Buy Another Reel Just Change The Line To That Reel To 10lb Silver Thread. This Line Is Very Thin And Can Handle Just About Any Water Conditions . You Can Buy Silver Thread At Cabelas It Cost $26 For A 3300 Yrd Spool And Will Last You For Long While. This What I Use On All Of My Surf Poles. But I Use 6lb Test For My Surf Poles With A 65lb Power Pro Shock Leader And I Use A 5oz Sinker . This What I Use All Year Long With No Problems.
