I was at Kent Narrows from 4pm-8pm tried the West Side Spots;Between the Bridges,Before the Big Bridge,Etc.At 5pm I caught a 18 3/4"Striper on a 3/4oz jighead w/ a Siver/Metalflake/Chartruse 4"Saltwater Assassian.After 8pm tried Romancoke;only White Perch were caught there.
The Striper I caught looked fat, maybe somwhat bloated, but I couldn't help but notice the red marks on the belly it almost looked like Chicken Pox.I questioned the fish;but my Pops says its ok;Im sure it got them markings from getting beat up trying to land him and from his environment. So in spite of hell;I will eat him.

You musta been leaving when we got there. You had to have seen the guys on the west side catwalk! Did you guys have a lantern? We saw the light from a lantern down there. At least ya got to fish. I was going to go to the east side but just got in my truck and drove away. :--|

That was not me;I was fishing that spot. The guys that set up next to me had the lanturn;there was five of them and we were all working one tight spot;I got frustrated and went to Bubba Blues hole.I dont mind crowds but when 5 people work one little spot its time to find another spot.

I got frustrated and went to Bubba Blues hole.Awe jeeze... I get embarrassed when folks talk about my hole. ;) :p
Move around.
As you did, if its crowded, or they ain't biting, check the next spot. Worked one spot Saturday night for three hours without a nibble. Moved and had good pullage.

I don't mind..esp ,if they know what there doin...There's a an unspoken approval..and you can sense that when you are lure fish'n by others that know what they are diong..ya may not say 1 werd to em..but ...as long as ya ain't fouling em up...and not takin away from there fishing....It's about respecting others and being courteous...you can sense if you are crowding them....or Like I do,if I feel I am too close to anther fisherman...I'll ask if it's ok ta fish besides them....normally they 'll comply...but at times..they'll suggest to slide over a bit..that's respect
It's usually the ones that don't know what they are doin...like bttm fishin besides you as yer casting lures and when the current is rippin..an ther 2 oz bttm rigs are being swept like yesterdays trash across the bttm ...an to top the cake..they (the bttm fishermen) ask you for your under sized fish to keep an that's after they casted over yer head and foulin over yer line.....that's when I shake my head...and move to another spot.....
this ain't an attack on anyones style or type of fishing...this is jus my 2cents...especially if fishin around new folks...that I don't know.

Thats what I'm talkin about! Some gnarly (can I say that) old dudes came up and asked if they could fish with me. I noticed the wording of the request and I said sure. Since we were all casting lures we just took turns cast in the same general area. Since the tide was rippin we all were fishing non-stop with very few tangles :D I love fishing with receptive and or knowledgeable folks :p

Well; When it gets too crowded I feel like I'm in the way cause I don't like to tangle up with guys too much;I feel like I'm ruining thier fishin if I do that;Feel Me.

I Had A Problem That Could Not Be Avoided, Well Seems Like You Guys Did Very Well. I've Been Using A 2oz Castmaster That Has Been Working For Me Very Well, Try It Sometimes And It May Pay Off For You Also.
