Kent Narrows Report 11-24

I went to Kent Narrows today after seeing about an inch of Snow on some surfaces.I started fishing at 4:45am;I din't get a bite until 8:30am are so I lost a big fish arround that time;I had a big hit,it ran,and wrapped me arround a pilling.I left at 12pm.I caught 3 15-15"Stripers and a 10"Perch.All on a 3/4oz jighead w/Silver,Matalflake Bass Assaissan(Satwater Model).It was nice to meet Biterchild and Addicted(whos from Boston).Sorry we didn't get into the fish but maybe next time;ITS A DAM SHAME I LOST THE BIGGUN. :( :cool:

Hey Jeff, interesting to see someone had the moxy to try early morning fishing because it was cold and snowy and only the diehards get fish on then. Too bad you lost the big guy, what # test were you using? Need to have some strong stuff on when the big ones decide to take you for a romp. Keep trying, the season is waning and I am sure there is a big one with your name on it. I plan to be out there Sat evening but probably will go to the Tank because I have been doing very well there lately. The tides are looking good again for next week, so I am hoping to get into some good stripers all next week.
