Have plans on going to OC or DE for some sea bass. We have been calling I believe it is the Ocean Princess but we have not received a return call back. Has anyone heard anything? We plan on going on Sat. Any fishing news from DE? Thanks.

Nuppey,
Your best bet right now would be to try the CHSP in Lewes, hit the pier two hours before high tide and work the pilings with bass assasins, lots of short stripers are being caught, nothing for the table but better than catching nothing, also there has been a good run of croakers and short trout. There is always ling cod and skates if you fish with squid and or cut bait. Tight lines! I'm heading down tomorow and will be out on the pier as long as I can stand the cold winds.

The head boat out of Lewis Del. is still going out for sea bass when they have enough people that want to go out,I believe the min. is 15 people. It has been my exsperiance that this boat is very productive.
good luck :) :) dcfishman

Well we went to OC on Sat morning and caught the Ocean Princess at 7ish. The weather was ok and it got warmer as the day went on. Every one caught their limits and we has a lot of throw backs. I bagged about a 6 inch 22 sea bass. I will post pics later. That was the highlight of the trip and it felt great. Thanks for the info Murphy at Loews. Did you do any thing there? I hope to go down to NC Christmas break and try there also anyone have any suggestions?
