Road Bike

Anyone commute to work with a bike or do any type of triathlon?

I ride usually 100+ miles weekly - but do not commute. Tidewater is not too bike friendly for commuters but when you get in these back roads of Chesapeake and Pungo, it's just you, your bike club and some corn fields - and the occasional dog that chases you.

I'm trying to commute to work and its about 35 miles round trip. Thats 6 dollars a day saved on gas with my jeep cherokee... :) and plus I get my excercise...

i found a nice used Giant road bike on craig's list but it fell through... oh well... patience grasshopper...
