What marina puts together the best offshore makeup charters? or is it just pot lot?

i have used hatteras harbor marina in hatteras village for the past 15 years with no problems.
make up charters are what you make of them.
i normally fish offshore on private boats, but when i am down for my family vacation i try to do one make up charter. but you need to go there to put your name on the list asap. sometimes you could go out the next day or 4 days later. they have a good website www.hatterasharbor.com

dont book on the "hang on". He is bashing all surf fisherman and running over their lines in his boat. He is cramping up on the point in his boat and cutting off everyone on cape point.
