South Ponta Vedre Beach reports

I have fished south ponta vedre for the 4 days and have tallied over 50 very large whiting and limits of pompano each time. Fish bit very early. I was gone most days by 10 am. 16 " whiting were the norm and the pomps were 12 to 16.5". Hadn't caught at lot of fish lately so this was a surprize to me.Only been barely catching enough to eat, no quanities. Relly wish I new how to post pics so I could. I am not to computer literate and my kids are grown and gone . Anyway it was a lot of fun. Good Fishin to All:rolleyes:

Sounds like a good time...We've been getting some BIG whiting at the JaxPier, also. I had one hit a casting jig this past Wed....:cool:

I got to go back to work , will go again on Fri .How is yo cart doing? I haven't caught a lot this summer so far till this week. Buddy ,:p I put the hure on them since Wed. morn

What do you mean how is my cart? The Bennie Special ROCKS! I get compliments on it all the time.
I am going to fish next monday probably at the rockpile. Ill let you know how it goes.
Sunday and Monday are my fishing days now with the new job.
