Finally...kings at cherry grove!!

Well the pier ended up with 3 kings today...a 16#,25#, and a 40#..It was a good day king wise...Kings were about the only thing that bited today....a few blues and thats it...manhaden were everywhere.

they caught two more today...I was one of them, caught my first king...25 pounds 6 ounces...The other king wraped the piling under the pier so we had to pull the boards up to get it and climb under the pier...it was all luck...

Congratulations on your first king, there's nothing like walking the planks and seeing mouths drop at the site of big king. Then again, they also seem to taste better when they're your king.

I use to fish there alot. Now I spend my time over at the apche pier. Lots of great guys over there.
