well...today wasnt as good as the past few days on the pier. fished from 7.30 - 12.30 and caught one keeper 14" trout and some puffer looking thing nobody had ever seen before. I saw three other keeper trout caught. two about 14", one 17". 14 inchers caught on live shrimp. 17" on dead shrimp (go figure). mine caught on a mud minnow fished midwater by a piling.fished an outgoing tide. small bluefish and a small spottail were also caught.
had several good bites when using crab chunks for bait. maybe a red or black drum. didnt see any of the fish though.
