Shade12 - I grew up in Gray, went to school in Johnson City. Then lived in Knoxville for 9 years (school + some). Moved back to Johnson City 2 years ago. Just got a house here in Kingsport a few months ago. Are you originally from here?

I will arive at Tybee on August 1st, around 6:00 PM. You can bet I'll be fishing at 7:00 PM. The tides look good, its going to be a little hot. Going to try a new trailer hook rig for some sheepies and work the surf some for whatever. Back River is an option, if you can find room to cast. I will give you a holler.

Hey man, can't say whats been happening at the pier here on Tybee cuz I have not been. But, I have been fishing around little Tybee and been slaying the Flounder.
Anyway, here is a couple of good links to fishing reports around Tybee. Maybe it will help ya.

From all the Tennessee posts, it seems a good time to form a support group. We need those saltwater fishing reports to get us through the day. We've got the bug real bad.
Any of you South Georgia folks want to do a housing swap?

Can't do the swap, but if I'd a charged rent to my family that has come down, I'd have a pretty good chunk of change.
Prater, I dont know if you own or throw a cast net, but live bait can increase the action if/when things are slow. Something will be biting.

Have net, throw about 85%. I always use fresh bait, if it's there. Thanks....Good Luck.
