Caught one...finally

actually i caught two....sheepshead that is...I went 2 for 22 today....west wind picked up heavy this eve...fishin for sheeps in high wind on unstable jetties...with two to three feet breakers is kinda tough...i was glad to see that they were at least there..even though I was patheticly unable to catch them...at one point i lost 10 fiddlers in a row without even an attempt to set the hook...eve low is over 1.0 i believe...whatever it is its not going out far at all...that was a good thing today...sheepies hung out around the structure..didnt have to fight much tide...only the wind and surf...gonna try again tomorrow...hopefully the wind will be calm on the morrows eve...:cool:

I suck at catching sheeps....But I'm gonna learn ...;)

I lost 4 fiddlers that I picked up while stretching my legs on a 'Yak break today...Dropped them by the bridge pilings and poof, they were gone and I never felt a thing.:rolleyes:

Fishpimp At Least You Caught Some Man, Thats Better Than A Lot Of Us. Clinder Was Going To Show Me How To Fish For Them The Last Time Down. But That Was When He Hurt His Ribs. Maybe I Can Get Up With Him Next Time To Try It. Looks Like A Blast:) :) Shade12
