Interesting read... wow... some guys was stuck in his new boat and a guy with a Hobie yak pulled him to the dock.

That is funny (but not funny). I remember my first outing on my boat..Bayliner as well..stalled engine (is there a pattern here?)..and got pulled in by a sailboat..at least he had a 60 foot sailboat...and not a kayak..he'll never hear the end of it, and those pix are going to haunt him for loooonnngg time.:D

I also towed a boat 100 yards or so at the Great Bridge boat ramp. He really was embarassed. I said "You have an oar? I have a paddle. Throw me a line and let's get to work". He wasn't doing much of the work, but it saved his pride. As soon as we got to the ramp, a boat came by. Figures.

One weekend I was fishin' in the ocean near Rudee Inlet.The fuel line to engine connection broke on the Seapuppy.Had to be towed all the way back to the ramp at Owls Creek by a.....:p jetski....doesnt get much worse than that!
