Hit the HRBT last night armed with a cooler this time. Went jigging for flounder again and what a great night for it. Caught 32 flounder in the 14-18" range. Most were just in the 16.5" area but I only kept 2- 18" ones for dinner. Also, not a bad night for gray trout, caught about a dozen in the 14-15" range as well as large croaker(including one that just missed 3.5lbs.), blues, and stripers. Used the Gulp herring on a 1/8oz. green jig head. Fished from 9:30pm. to 3:30am and never saw a single boat all night:)

wow forrest... 32 flounders!! is gray trout good eats?

I like them. However, I didn't keep any from last night. I don't keep any trout unless it is over 16" even though the regs for greys are I believe 12".
