good job to randy again!!!

hey all ,
just letting everyone know yet another great job randy did for me on friday.

i had ordered an ocean master rod (6 to 12 oz
12' spinning rod) about a week ago ,and it was accidently sold to someone else. it was put in the store friday morning . he called to let me know as i had been checking status the last few days. it ended up making it way out the door not in my hands by accident. and with both 6-12 oz sold he stops to think. in the middle of his apologies he offers me a cape point for right at the same price which i accepted. it turned out to be 11' 10oz and i really wanted a 12' 12oz. he then offers me a loaner 12' while he tried to find one at some other shops.i decided to keep the
11' which ended up being a great decision.awesome rod to say the least.realizing a mistake he made he made an awsome save with a great deal on a better rod to keep a customer.

thanks a million randy, and like i said im sure i will be purchasing all my surf fishing gear from you exclusively.

i also popped the cherry on it with a 20'' CnR'ed striper and an Eel which was sent out for bait.

I have said this before Randy is a great businessman. That is no small complement from me, I worked commission retail for 15 years. He may have broke even on that rod, but to keep a customer it is more important to him.
