This week I received my package I ordered from Randy couple weeks ago. I ordered two rods, a reel and bunch of accessories. I live about 4 hours away from the store I had it all shipped.
Two rods I ordered were Basspro brand (not Ocean Masters) and through Randy I got a significant discount, lower than Basspro. Price for the reel was lower also. Accessories were comparable to other tackle stores.
From ordering on the phone to getting the package, Randy kept in touch with me about my order. He called me when the distributor shipped my rods and when it arrived. He called me to double check to see its the rods I ordered. When he was about to ship the item, he double checked the package with by giving me a call.
When the package arrived, everything looked great. And it was shipped to the right address. One thing was wrong about the package. I ordered 2/0 mustad hooks that were black but the hooks were not. So, I contacted Randy and he PMed me back the very same day and said he will ship the right hooks free of charge and I can keep the wrong hooks. Thats great customer service.
Well, I told Randy hooks are not that important and he didn't need to worry.
If anybody has worries about ordering things from Randy, you can rest assure. He keeps in contact with you and double checks your order. And if there is some mistake, he will correct it, even on his own expense.
