Answered ALL of my questions..... even some questions about items not advertised... gave me quotes beating the national chains prices... I WILL be giving him my business... even though I am 3.5 hours away...Customer service and support is where it is at...

First time speaking with him and my initial opinion is this guy has class.... and very informative..
