Here in New England we have had subfreezing weather for weeks. My partner in northern Wisconsin laughs as they have had sub zero temps for weeks.
I was talking to another charter captain in Fla. this week and this was his reply, "Jack, I don't know how you do it. I am in north Fl. and it was 70 deg. this afternoon. Our trout season is closed in Feb. But I am going on a Kayaking trip next mon tues and wed. To catch and release trout and Redfish. The forcast is lows in the 50s and highs in the 70s. The big girls are in the creeks right now and it is all fun. I have been tying flies today and hope to have them all smashed before I get back. Take care and stay warm until the fish start biting.
Tight lines
