For the second time I'm extremely impressed with Randy's customer service. The First time was when I ordered a OM Cape Point, and now with my HDX. From the first call to the last he's always very professional, and didn't mind me asking him questions. Plus even with shipping his prices are better then others in Baltimore. As loooong as I have a phone I will give Randy all my buisness!
