Placed an order with Randy few weeks back. The rod was back ordered. To make a long story short, the service at The Baitshack is second to none. Randy pulled through and made sure I had what I needed in time for my trip even though I waited a little late. My order didnt ship out on time because of the back ordering, but Randy more than 'made up for the troubles' that I didnt even have. Thats some serious customer service. Thanks Randy! Pleasure doing buisness with you again.
