That's a manual 706z. They've been made for quite a while and I think they might still make them. There's sort of a cult following for them around here. I've seen people using them on the pier for over 30 years now. A friend of mine has an old green one that he uses every weekend. I have two that I use regularly.

The 706Z is no longer made from what I understand, so finding them isn't that easy. I can see why some people would like them for drifting the cigar minnows, I'm still happy with my Stradic.
