Your Bait of Choice

My family and I will be visiting PCB, Fla. in early August. I'm curious to see what the bait of choice is for trout and flounder.

I've fished up at Jekyll Island/St. Simons, GA for these and used a popping cork for the trout and floating cork or flounder rig for the flounder.

Any different in Florida?

I dont know bud, but here in Texas one of the best baits i know of especially for trout is live piggy perch, i went for a 6 hour bay trip last week and we ended up with 26 keeper specks with one measuring in at 27" and 4 reds in the cooler too, and we threw back twice as many as we kept so the piggies are my choice.

Same rig will work just fine for them here too. You can put jigs behind a popping cork as well.
