View Full Version : PINS 20mm 21st & 22nd

Finally made it down and fished with some of the "Cult". Dig-On-Me, Kilo, Morning Wood and WD-40. We ended up at the 20mm after hearing reports of weed and dirty water south.
Fishing Saturday evenning was slow with only Whiting hitting the lines. Sunday, water cleared up a little better but weed was getting tough. More bait in the water. A lot of Bumper's and Shad in the wade gut. Mullet were thick in every gut.
Dig-On-Me caught his first shark. Nathan caught his first Smack.
Just want to say thanks to everyone that showed up. Dig the steak was great Saturday night.

Nice pics. This sounds like a nice place. We were thinking about moving to Houston in 5 years. Hmm.. this could get some something rolling. :D

Yeah, Padre Island,TX..Awesome place..It's just timing the WEEDS, They have a worse weed problem than we get..It would drive me CRAZY!

just dont go in march-may if ur planin on fishin the surf thats when its really bad u can fish the piers or jetties just dont fish the beach. hehe and also if u plan on gettin down to the 20mm without losin a truck, i suggest u have 2 trucks both with 4wd and winches.
