Not alot, you can wade around the inlet and there are some trout around the grass in the morning, I'm guessing. Supposed to be reds in the surf around the old pier.
I'm off after 5 on Friday and then all day Saturday and Sunday. The cell is 321-663-1795 if you want to try the main pier this weekend, I'll be there.

Fished there a lot as kid, before it was a state park, we caught tons of trout. Although usually out of a boat. Usually did better in the winter, fishing at night around any lights. Also use to catch reds around the inlet and old pier, but haven't been there in a long time. So I do not know what the inlet is like anymore.

The inlet fills in then gets blowed out by the next storm,,,, have never fished the lake but there is some sweet surf fishing from there down to Inlet Beach, the beaches have some nice structure to them!

Check with the guys at Half Hitch Tackle, I'm pretty sure they could give you a detailed rundown. I believe they list lake Powell in their fishing report.
