I'm planning to go Surf fishing in RI and I'm looking for a place where I can go fishing for stripers been skunked since the season started. Can anyone tell me where a good fishing area would be and what lure or bait to user? I would greatly appreciated any ideas!
Thanks!

The town beach in Narrangansset(sp) is nice. Isn't race point in Provinvincetown, Mass on the Cape?:fishing:

As far as bait/lures go chunks of mackerel or pogies are good. And live eels at night. For lures start with a big Kastmaster,a good size Needlefish, preferably made of wood, and a medium size swimming plug, also wood. And maybe a Pencil Popper, wood.
